Creating charts, tables and Presentations is much faster and more efficient using Rosetta Studio. There are also Toolbars for PowerPoint® and Excel® that make doing different tasks easier and faster. The Rosetta Studio team created special macros to meet our company’s needs for 50 reports that used to take at least an hour each. Now they are populated and correct in under 5 minutes because they are tagged and use the macros. We don’t even have to delete low responses and rank very large open ends anymore; the macros do that for us. HUGE time saver!
When you have a question, they are there for you. If you have a problem they respond immediately, set up an online meeting to see what’s going on and solve it. Once I sent an email about a problem we were having, got an automatic reply that they were closed for a Civic Holiday. Even though they were closed, they contacted me within an hour and were willing to do a online meeting that day!
