The Image Replacement Tool scans existing PowerPoint® Presentations or Excel® Workbooks and replaces strings of text with images. Reports created from PowerPoint® or Excel® can be manually created or built from Rosetta Studio.
Image File Support
Images can be in the form of JPEG, PNG, BITMAPS or GIF files. The Image Replacement Tool also allows for full control over the sizing and placement of the images in tables, charts or text-boxes.

Supported Objects
Several image replacement techniques are available that allow flexibility in how the report is set up. Image can be placed in charts, tables or text boxes in PowerPoint® and charts or text boxes in Excel®.
Image Placement Made Simple
Text keywords are used as placeholders in report objects which allow the Image Replacement Tool to match to loaded images which share the same name. When a keyword match is found in a supported object (chart, table or text box) the image matched will remove the keyword from the object and place the image.
Several image replacement techniques are available to that allow flexibility in how the report is set up. Images can be inserted in their original size/format, or they can be adjusted by defining the height/width of the image. Depending on what object the image is replaced in, images can also conform to the size of a table cell or text box dimensions.
